I'm a decades old customer. But 1st visit since Covid. Clerk met me 2 steps in. i was wearing mask n gloves. And he wore mask. Quickly taken to select wanted item. Overall, inventory qty reduced. But v wide, if not wider selection. Sm items all in or behind cases. Other safety features at checkout. Only 1-2 other customers in store while i was there. They have always valued their customers. Now even more.

Thank you to the entire HB Sound team, especially Alberto and Carlos for helping make our event in El Paso a success! I was having a hard time finding an electric piano for our event, but once I called HB Sound, my problem was solved. I highly recommend them for your event production needs.

Came in to purchase audio equipment for our church plant. My daughter and I were greeted upon arrival, and a gentleman offered to assist us from the start of our visit until we closed our transaction. The gentleman was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Prices for their items were comparable, if not more reasonable than if we had gone to Guitar Center, in my opinion. After paying for our purchases, the rest of the staff offered to carry the items we purchased onto our vehicle. Overall, it was a very pleasant first experience at this establishment and will be endeavoring to return again should the need arise.

HB Pro Sound has a extensive in stock products to choose from. If you're looking for lights, fog machines, stage bars, DJ consoles, master consoles, microphones, speakers, headphones, microphone stands, carriers, everything you can think of for a great show, performance this is the place you want to go if you live in El Paso. Customer service is great, and not to mention...you can put something on hold and they only require 50% down until you pay it off. The guy that helped us was very attentive and answered all questions. He even took the time to show us the lights and fog machine and how all the lights work and how you can control it. Overall it was a great experience, I think we had found our new favorite place to buy consoles, speakers, microphones and lights.
